涡流检测探头校验装置的研制与应用
Development and application of the ECT probe checking device
【摘要】 涡流检测探头是决定涡流检测系统性能的关键部件。为了方便对探头进行动态校验,研制了一套传动装置。该装置以PLC作为控制核心,采用了变频调速、光电测速等技术,可以在很宽的速度范围内实现平稳传动。详细介绍了该装置的组成结构,并给出了在速度为4 m/s时的部分实验测试数据。实验证明这种方法是行之有效的。
【Abstract】 ECT(eddy current testing) probe is one of the key components,which determines the performance of the testing system.For conveniently checking the ECT probe,a gear was designed,which uses PLC(programmable logic controller) as control part.The gear is armed with the technique such as frequency conversion timing control and optical measuring the speed.So it can run stably within a wide range of the line speed.This paper mainly describes its basic structure and work principle,then gives some experimental data when the tesing speed is 4m/s.Finally it’s proved that this method is effective.
