“冶金传输原理”三级实验教学模式

【摘要】 科学的实验教学模式是培养本科生创新能力、动手能力及工程实践能力的有力手段。介绍了冶金工程专业基础课"冶金传输原理"的三级实验教学模式:验证演示型实验——揭示各类传输现象的本质及演变规律,综合设计型实验——综合相关理论知识优化设计冶金设备,创新研究型实验——基于数值分析探析冶金过程演变规律。该实验模式先易后难,循序渐进,适合其课程特点,已初步取得良好教学效果。

【Abstract】 The experiment is important for the students to improve their engineering practice abilities and innovative capabilities. The experiment teaching mode for Metallurgical Transfer Theory is presented. The experiment teaching mode includes the following three parts: demonstration experiments, in which the transport phenomena are displayed; design experiment, in which the students design the metallurgical equipment based on the transport theory; innovative experiment, in which the students investigate the metallurgical process using the numerical analysis. This experiment mode is suitable for the teaching of the course and has gotten good results.
