SBR工艺处理生活污水的实验研究
Experiment study on waste water treatment by SBR process
【摘要】 以生活污水为研究对象,利用序批式活性污泥法对其进行生化处理,并对最佳工艺条件进行了研究。在温度20~25℃、进气量为50 L/h、反应时间为1 h、沉淀时间为0.5 h、闲置时间为1 h的条件下,对COD、TN去除率分别达到90%和85%,COD为200~700 mg/L、TP为3~8 mg/L、TN为40~110 mg/L的废水进行处理,出水水质达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918—2002)一级A标准,TP去除率达78%,出水达该标准一级B标准。
【Abstract】 The sequencing batch reactor activated sludge process on treatment of life sewerage is researched,in order to investigate the optimum process condition.The results show that COD,TN and TP removal efficiencies are up to 90%,85% and 78% respectively,under the conditions that reaction temperature was 20—25 ℃,air influx 50L/h,reaction time 1h,idle time 1h and precipitate time 0.5 h,when COD,total nitrogen and total phosphorus of influent are 200 mg/L—700 mg/L,40 mg/L—110 mg/L and 3 mg/L—8 mg/L.The COD and TN of effluent can meet the first class of standard A of discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant(GB18918—2002),and TP can achieve the first class of standard B.
