燃煤热反应过程的TG-FTIR研究

【摘要】 利用热重分析(TG)和傅立叶变换红外(FTIR)联用技术,选择典型的印度尼西亚褐煤(YN)、神府烟煤(SF)和山西阳泉无烟煤(YQ)3种煤样进行了热重分析,同时对其产物进行适时在线红外检测。试验发现:SF烟煤和YN褐煤在热解结束后气化迅速,而YQ无烟煤气化的速度相对较缓慢;在其他条件相同,仅重量不同时以20 mg重为宜,仅升温速率不同时以20℃/min为宜。为掌握煤的热解气化特性及煤的有效利用提供了参考依据。

【Abstract】 Thermogravimetric analysis(TGA) on 3 typical coal samples with Indonesia lignite(YN),Shenfu bituminous(SF),Shanxi Yangquan anthracite(YQ) was carried out by TGA-FTIR(Fourier transform infrared) spectrogram analysis technology.At the same time,the volatile products were evaluated by FTIR in timing.The influence for TGA and result of IR timing test of coal pyrolysis and gasification process with same coal in different weight,heating rate and flow are studied.It is found that SF and YN coals are rapid gasified after pyrolysis,YQ coal is slower;when the other conditions are same,it is better by 20mg only for different weights,20 ℃/min only for different heating rates,50 ml/min only for different flows.It is provided as a reference for holding the pyrolysis gasification character and efficacious utilization of coal.
