Buck DC/DC变换器输出电压纹波的仿真研究
Simulation of output voltage ripple for Buck DC/DC converter
【摘要】 在Buck DC/DC变换器的分析与设计中,对开关工作时所形成的电压纹波的分析是至关重要的。为分析其输出电压纹波特性,讨论了Buck DC/DC变换器工作模式,以此为基础,建立了Buck DC/DC变换器的PSpice仿真模型,对工作在非连续电流模式(DCM)下的影响Buck变换器的输出电压纹波的有关因素进行了参数扫描分析。结果表明,输出电容对电压纹波影响较大,输入电压、负载、开关频率等的变化对电压纹波影响相对较小。该结论为Buck DC/DC变换器的设计和实现提供了一定的理论基础。
【Abstract】 In the course of design and analysis for Buck DC/DC converter,it is very important to analize the output voltage ripple formed in operating.Based on the analysis for mode of the Buck DC/DC converter,the simulation model of Pspice for the Buck DC/DC converter is constructed.And the parameter analysis for associated factors which affect the output voltage ripple for Buck converter in discontinuous conduction mode(DCM) is carried out.The result shows that output voltage ripple is greatly influenced by output capacitance,but comparatively affected less by input voltage,load,switch frequency,etc.These conclusions can afford some supplies for design and realization of Buck DC/DC converter.
