【摘要】 介绍了开放性实验——毛细管区带电泳测定药物中的芦丁和抗坏血酸含量实验的设计的指导思想和实验内容。该实验装置可自行装配,直观明了,适宜实验教学。在教学中结合科研工作,不仅可以使学生掌握毛细管电泳的基础知识,同时可以引导学生走再创新之路,拓展学生思路,培养学生的创新能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper introduces an opening experiment of instrumental analysis chemistry: determination of rutin and ascorbic acid in pharmaceutical preparations by capillary zone electrophoresis.The experiment contents and guiding ideology of designing the experiment are introduced.The homemade experimental instruments are looked directly and suitable for teaching.This experiment associated with our earlier research can help not only students learn foundation of capillary zone electrophoresis,but also cultivate students’ creative ability.更多还原
