圆盘涡轮式搅拌槽内的压力场分布研究

【摘要】 利用计算流体力学方法对圆盘涡轮式搅拌槽内搅拌过程的压力场进行了计算模拟,并将模拟结果与文献数据对比,结果发现模拟得到的速度结果与文献数据一致,搅拌过程产生的负压存在于桨叶附近。测压试验表明,对于桨叶外部的流体,搅拌负压在叶端出口处最大,离桨叶叶端越近,负压越大;搅拌负压随转速成指数函数关系增大,其中在600 r/m in左右的转速下,在距桨叶叶端径向距离3 mm处能够达到自吸状态。最后建议将通气口安装于桨区出口靠近桨叶处,这样能降低进气压力,从而降低成本。

【Abstract】 Using the computational fluid mechanical method to study the pressure field of the stirring process,a simulation of the process was conducted,a combined analysis of the pressure field and velocity field was made,a comparison between the simulation results and the existing statistics of the literature available was conducted,and a pressure measurement test was performed to verify the reliability of the results.It has been found that the negative pressure produced in the stirring process exists near the paddle blade.As far as the fluids outside the blade are concerned,the stirring negative pressure reaches its maximum at the entrance of the blade end.The nearer to the blade end,the higher the negative pressure.The stirring negative pressure increases with the exponential function relation of the rotation speed.When the rotation speed reaches about 600 r/min,self-pumping can be achieved at the place 3 mm of radial distance away from the blade end.It is suggested that the vent be installed near the blade at the entrance of the paddle so as to reduce the air intake pressure and decrease the costs.
