改性聚丙烯酰胺固定化细胞降解苯酚的研究

【摘要】 采用沈阳某煤气厂废水处理站的活性污泥,通过驯化、分离和纯化,得到一株对苯酚具有良好降解性能的菌株.以改性聚丙烯酰胺为载体对苯酚降解菌进行固定化,考察在不同pH值和苯酚质量浓度下,游离细胞和固定化细胞降解苯酚性能的变化.实验结果表明,相同条件下使质量浓度为400 mg/L的苯酚完全降解,稳定的固定化细胞比游离细胞少用3 h,其最佳pH值由游离细胞的7.5~8扩大到7~8.5,且重复使用7批次、131 h后固定化细胞凝胶的机械强度和弹性仍较好.说明固定化细胞比游离细胞有更好的苯酚耐受性、较高的降酚速率和更广泛的pH值,且可重复使用.

【Abstract】 Using activated sludge from the waste water processing stands of gasworks in shenyang,through domestication,separation and purification,a kind of bacterium that can degrade phenol was obtained.Immobilizing the bacterium by using modified polyacrylamide as the carrier,the changes of free cells and those of immobilized cells degrading phenol at different pH and concentration of phenol were observed.The results show that,under the same condition,the concentration of phenol that is 400 mg/L was completely degraded,and compared to free cells,if stable immobilized cells is used less than 3 h,the best pH from free cells 7.5 to 8 expands to 7 to 8.5,and after used repeatedly seven batches 131 h,their mechanical strength and flexibility were still good.This indicates that,compared to free cells,immobilized cells have a better ability of phenol tolerance,a higher degradation rate and a wider range of pH,and they can be used repeatedly.
