磷钼钒杂多酸催化合成邻苯二甲酸二丁酯
Catalytic Synthesis of Dibutyl Phthalate by Molybdovanadophosphoric Heteropoly Acids
【摘要】 以磷钼钒杂多酸为催化剂,邻苯二甲酸酐和正丁醇进行反应合成邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP).探讨反应过程中各影响因素,并通过正交试验得出最佳合成条件:邻苯二甲酸酐和正丁醇摩尔配比1∶2.4,反应温度120℃,催化剂用量为邻苯二甲酸酐质量的3%,反应时间2 h,在此条件下DBP产率可达94.20%.
【Abstract】 The synthesis of dibutyl phthalate(DBP) was made from the reaction between n-butanol and phthalic with molybdovanado-phosphoric heteropoly acids as catalyst.The influential factors of reaction were investigated and the optimized conditions were drawn through orthogonal experiment:molar ratio of n-butyl alcohol to phthalic anhydride was 1∶2.4;temperature is 120 ℃;Catalyst’s weight was 3 % of phthalic anhydride’s weight,and reaction time was 2 h.The yield of DBP is about 94.20%.
