壳聚糖处理味精废水的研究
Research on Monosodium Glutamate Wastewater Treatment with Chtiosan
【摘要】 以壳聚糖作为絮凝剂处理高浓度味精废水,考察废水pH值、助凝剂、壳聚糖投加量、沉降时间、废水负荷对絮凝效果的影响,通过正交实验确定优化处理条件.研究结果表明:pH值为5.0、助凝剂选用活性炭、壳聚糖投入量为1 g、处理COD值为1 000~2 000 mg.L-1之间的废水时絮凝效果最佳,COD去除率达94.9%、色度去除率达92.3%、浊度去除率96.7%.
【Abstract】 The high concentration monosodium glutamate wastewater was treated with chitosan as flocculant.The experiment successfully proved that removal ratio of Chemical Oxygen Demand can be up to 94.9 % by pH is 5.0.The coagulant aid is active carbon,and the amount of chitosan is 1 g.The Chemical Oxygen Demand of monosodium glutamate wastewater was between 1 000 mg·L-1 and 2 000 mg·L-1.At the same time the removal of Color and Suspended Solid can be up to 92.3 % and 96.7 % respectively.
