醇法生产聚乙烯醇缩丁醛的动力学研究
Kinetic Study on Production of PVB by Alcohol Method
【摘要】 在醇法均相工艺中,通过正交试验,初步优选出适宜的反应温度、反应时间、物料配比等工艺参数。结果表明反应条件为:55℃,mHSO:mPVA=0.1:1,n丁醛:n 羟基=1.1:2,3h,在此基础上测定了反应速度,获得了动力学方程为:r=kCAn1 CBn2=573.59e 5769.78/τC2.08A C0.31B。
【Abstract】 In the alcohol method homogeneous process,some process parameters such as reaction temperature,reaction time,material proportion were optimized by the orthogonal experiment preliminarily.The results showed that when the reaction temperature was 55℃,mass ratio of sulfuric acid to PVA was mH2SO4 ︰mPVA=0.1︰1,the molar ratio2 4 of hydroxyl in butyric aldehyde to PVA wasn丁醛:n 羟基=1.1:2,the reaction time was 3 h,on the basis of determining reaction rate,The kinetics equation was obtained as follows:r=kCAn1 CBn2=573.59e 5769.78/τC2.08A C0.31B。
