HM/ZrO2催化剂的制备及其催化萘异丙基化性能

【摘要】 以ZrO2为共活性组分制备了HM/ZrO2催化剂;用NH3程序升温脱附和BET方法对HM/ZrO2催化剂进行了表征;考察了催化剂制备条件和萘异丙基化反应条件对HM/ZrO2催化剂催化萘异丙基化性能的影响。实验结果表明,与HM/γ-Al2O3催化剂相比,HM/ZrO2催化剂具有更佳的萘异丙基化反应性能;适宜的HM/ZrO2催化剂制备条件为:焙烧温度400℃、催化剂中ZrO2的质量分数15%、pH为9、陈化温度60℃;以此条件下制备的HM/ZrO2催化剂催化萘异丙基化反应的适宜反应条件为:反应温度275℃、反应压力1.0MPa、n(丙烯)∶n(萘)=2∶1、WHSV=1h-1(以液相质量计)、反应时间2h。在此条件下,萘的转化率为85.07%,二异丙基萘的选择性为45.25%,目的产物2,6-二异丙基萘的选择性和收率分别为17.36%和14.77%。

【Abstract】 HM mordenite/zirconia(HM/ZrO2)catalyst for naphthalene isopropylation was prepared with ZrO2 as co-active component and was evaluated in a fixed bed reactor.The catalyst was characterized by means of NH3-TPD and BET.HM/ZrO2 catalyst is more active in the isopropylation than HM/γ-Al2O3 catalyst.The influences of both catalyst preparation conditions and reaction conditions on activity of HM/ZrO2 catalyst in naphthalene isopropylation were investigated.The optimum preparation conditions for HM/ZrO2 catalyst are:calcination temperature 400 ℃,ZrO2 mass fraction(based on mass of HM/ZrO2 catalyst)15%,pH 9 and ageing temperature 60 ℃.Under optimum reaction conditions:reaction temperature 275 ℃,reaction pressure 1.0 MPa,mole ratio of propylene to naphthalene 2,WHSV 1 h-1 and reaction time 2 h,conversion of naphthalene is 85.07%,selectivity to diisopropylnaphthalene is 45.25%,selectivity and yield to objective product 2,6-diisopropylnaphthalene are 17.36% and 14.77%,respectively.
