基于PROFIBUS的工业以太网在油田中的应用

【摘要】 为了将油井的生产管理由人工管理变成自动化管理,实现油井的远程实时监控,提出了采用SIEMENS OSM形成一个双环冗余的工业以太网的方法,以应用油井远程监控系统(RTU/SCADA)解决油井生产管理的自动化问题.该系统基于PROFIBUS现场总线,采用SIEMENS OSM形成一个双环冗余的工业以太网,在网络或器件出现问题时均能保证网络的通畅,可实现油井的远程实时监控、计量站无人值守、联合站生产参数和设备运行状态自动检测等,对实现油井管理的自动化、提高工作效率、保证数据采集的准确性及加强现场事故的应急处理等都起到了重要的作用.

【Abstract】 An industrial Ethernet with redundant double loops based on SIEMENS OSM was proposed in order to transform the oil-well manufacture management from manual management to automatic management and to realize the long-distance real-time monitoring of oil-well.The oil-well RTU/SCADA system was used for the automation operation of the oil-well manufacture management.The system adopts SIEMENS OSM to built an industrial Ethernet with redundant double loops based on PROFIBUS fieldbus for the network normal operation when either network or device faults appears.The system has such features as long-distance real-time monitoring of oil-well,unmanned metering station,automatic detection of joint station production parameters and device operation states.The system plays an important role in realizing oil-well management automation,improving work efficiency,ensuring data collection accuracy and enhancing field accident emergency disposal.
