超细钛酸钡粉末介电性能测试新方法

【摘要】 针对超细粉末测试条件极难控制、常温下容易吸潮、表面状况不定等问题,为了克服传统粉末介电性能测试方法在煅烧工艺中改变超细粉末微观结构的缺点,提出了一种有机-无机复合制备试样的新方法.该方法以环氧树脂为基体材料,按不同比例添加超细钛酸钡粉末,使用超声波分散、抽真空等工艺进行处理,制备出配比不同的复合试样.通过测试复合试样电参数随温度、频率的变化,总结实验规律,提出了基于理论换算、建立微观结构模型研究超细钛酸钡粉末介电性能测试的新方法.

【Abstract】 It is very difficult to control the measuring condition owing to the moisture absorption of ultrafine powder at room temperature.In order to overcome such disadvantage that the microstructure of ultrafine powder would be changed in the traditional measuring method for dielectric property,a new method preparing the organic-inorganic composite sample was proposed to estimate the dielectric properties of ultrafine BaTiO3 powder.The composite samples were prepared by mixing ultrafine BaTiO3 with epoxy resin in vacuum.The temperature dependence of dielectric permittivity,dissipation factor and electrical conductivity of the composite samples at various frequencies was determined.It is suggested that based on the theoretical conversion of dielectric permittivity and establishment of microstructural model,the dielectric properties of ultrafine BaTiO3 powder can be estimated.
