【摘要】 目的 评价超声心动图、64排螺旋CT(MSCT)及电影心血管成像(CAG)对于紫绀型先天性心脏病肺血管成像的临床应用价值。方法 回顾42例紫绀型先天性心脏病患者的超声心动图、MSCT、CAG影像学资料,并和手术结果对比,进行统计学分析。其中男29例,女13例,年龄11 d～28岁,平均7.26岁。结果 本组42例患者经手术证实肺血管共有109处畸形。超声心动图正确诊断93处畸形,符合率85.3%;漏诊误诊16处;MSCT确诊102处畸形,符合率93.6%;漏诊误诊7处畸形;CAG确诊106处畸形,符合率97.2%;漏诊误诊3处畸形。超声心动图和MSCT、CAG对比诊断符合率均有显著性差异。MSCT和CAG对比诊断符合率无显著性差异。结论 MSCT对紫绀型先天性心脏病肺血管成像具有较高的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the accuracy of echocardiography,64-slice spiral CT(64-slice SCT) and cineangiocardiograms(CAG) in detecting the pulmonary vessels in cyanotic heart disease.Methods 42 patients with cyanotic heart disease(29 men and 13 women;the age ranged from 11 days to 28 years,mean 7.26 years) underwent echocardiography,64-slice SCT and CAG.The imaging data were analyzed statistically and compared with surgical findings.Results There were 109 deformities confirmed by surgery.The accurate rates of echocardiography,64-slice SCT and CAG in the evaluation of the pulmonary vascular deformities were 85.3%(93/109),93.6%(102/109) and 97.2%(106/109),respectively.The differences among them were significant,the accurate rates of 64-slice SCT and CAG were higher than that of echocardiography,but there was no differences between 64-slice SCT and CAG.Conclusion 64-slice SCT is of high accuracy in the evaluaton of the pulmonary vessels in cyanotic heart disease.更多还原
