【摘要】 目的 探讨微小钙化在乳腺导管原位癌(DCIS)X线诊断中的价值。方法 回顾性分析35例DCIS的钼靶X线表现。结果 35例中,钙化31例,占88.6%,其中17例临床触及肿块,占48.6%,14例临床未及乳腺肿块,占40%。钙化形态和导管原位癌分级有统计学关联,线性分支状钙化和泥沙样钙化28例,占钙化病例的90.3%。病理显示钙化27例。结论 微小钙化影对DCIS的诊断具有很高的价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the significance of microcalcifications in mammographic diagnosis of ductal carcinoma in situ(DCIS) of the breast.Methods Mo-target X-ray films of DCIS in 35 cases were retrospectively analysed.Results Of the 35 cases,31(88.6 %) were found having microcalcification inside the breast cancers.Of them,the masses could be palpable in 17(48.6%)and could not be palpable in 14(40%) clinically.The morphology of microcalcifications was correlated with the pathology.In most of the cases,the calcifications appeared as linear,often branching or granular,and microcalcifications were found by pathology in 27cases.Conclusion The finding of microcalcifications on mammography is of significant value in diagnosis of DCIS.更多还原
