脑静脉系统64层螺旋CT血管成像研究
The Study of Cerebral Venous System with Computed Tomographic Angiography
【摘要】 目的 探讨CTA减影技术对脑静脉(窦)的显示能力及优势。方法 采用64层螺旋CT双能量同步扫描CTA技术,先行平扫,再行CTA容积扫描的动静脉同期显示全脑血管成像。随机抽取50例血管显示正常的病例,回顾性分析常规CTA和减影CTA脑静脉(窦)的显示率。结果 减影CTA中上矢状窦、直窦、大脑大静脉、透明隔静脉、大脑内静脉、基底静脉、横窦、乙状窦、蝶顶窦、岩下窦、小脑幕窦、大脑浅静脉、Labbe静脉显示率为100%,下矢状窦为99%,Trolard静脉为95%,岩上窦为90%,海绵窦为60%。除岩上窦、岩下窦、海绵窦外,常规CTA和减影CTA在上述脑静脉(窦)显示率上并无明显差别,但在显示程度方面有所不同。结论 减影CTA是显示脑静脉系统影像可行、有效的方法。常规CTA与减影CTA恰当的互补,具有很高的临床应用价值。
【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the capabilities and advantages of subtraction technique of computed tomographic angiography(CTA) in showing the cerebral veins and venous sinuses.Methods CTA of brain were performed with dual-energy technology of synchronous scan using 64-slice CT including plain scan and volume scan to show the integral cerebral vessels.50 patients with normal vascular appearances on CTA were randomly selected.The displaying rates of cerebral dural venous sinuses by convention and subtracton CTA were analysed.Results The detecting rates for superior sagittal sinus,straight sinus,vein of Galen,septum pellucidum vein,internal cerebral vein,basal vein of Rosenthal,transverse sinus,sigmoid sinus,sphenoparietal sinus,inferior petrosal sinus,cerebral superficial vein and Labbe vein were 100%,for the inferior sagittal sinus were 99%,for Trolard vein were 95%,for the superior petrosal sinus were 90% and for the cavernous sinus were 60% with subtraction CTA.There was no significant difference in the displaying rate of the above veins between conventional and subtraction CTA except the inferior superior petrosal sinus and the cavernous sinus.However,the displaying degree was varied.Conclusion Subtraction CTA is a feasible and effective imaging method for cerebral venous system.Subtraction CTA and conventional CTA can be complementary with valuable clinical application.
