【摘要】 目的 探讨不可触及乳腺癌的全数字X线征象特征。方法 回顾性分析经手术、病理证实的不可触及乳腺癌60例。所用仪器为全数字化平板乳腺X线机,采用工作站屏幕阅读方式。结果 X线征象为单纯钙化24例,结节21例,致密影9例,结构紊乱6例,其中除单纯钙化外,其它征象伴有钙化者12例。结论 全数字X线摄影对不可触及乳腺癌的诊断具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the features of full-digital mammography of nonpalpable breast cancer.Methods 60 cases of nonpalpable breast cancer with pathologically proved were retrospectively analyzed.All cases were examined by full-digital mammography.The X-ray diagnosis was done by screen reading of workstation.Results The lesions appeared as simply microcalcifications in 24 cases,nodes in 21 cases,local dense shadows in 9 and distortion of breast structure in 6 cases.Microcalcifications as associated sign were found in 12 cases.Conclusion Full-digital mammography is of significant value in detecting nonpalpable breast cancer.更多还原
