【摘要】 目的 研究Brodie’s骨脓肿的影像学表现特征。方法 分析17例经手术病理证实的Brodie’s骨脓肿的X线、CT和MRI影像学表现。结果 17例中单发15例,多发2例。本组12例表现典型的Brodie’s骨脓肿为干骺端小圆形或椭圆形骨破坏区,周边见致密硬化环,无骨膜反应。5例表现不典型,病灶可见硬化环不连续,骨破坏区密度混杂,骨膜反应及软组织肿胀。本组5例表现不典型病例误漏诊。结论 Brodie’s骨脓肿少见,影像学表现多样,表现不典型的骨脓肿容易误诊。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the imaging characteristics of Brodie’ s abscess.Methods X-ray,CT and MRI features of Brodie’ s abscess confirmed by operation and pathology were analysed.Results The Brodie s bone abscesses were solitary in 15 cases and multiple in 2 cases.The imaging features of the lesions were typical in 12 cases,which appeared as round or oval bony destruction with hyperdense sclerotic circle along the lesions and there was no sub-periosteal reaction.The lesions in 5 cases showed atypical imaging findings including contiunous bony sclerotic circle,mixed density inside the lesions,sub-periosteal reaction and soft tussue swelling,these 5 cases were misdiagnosed by imaging before operations.Conclusion Brodie’ s abscess was a rare lesions,its imaging findings are varied,the lesions with atypical imaging features are easily misdiagnosed.更多还原
