不同探测器宽肺部低剂量CT影像的对照分析
Comparative Study on Different Collimations in Lung Low-dose Screen CT
【摘要】 目的 比较16层螺旋CT 2种不同探测器宽肺部低量扫描的影像质量,为肺部低剂量检查提供最佳扫描参数。方法 对100例采用1.5 mm×16(24 mm)宽探测器行肺部低剂量体检时有肺结节发现者,再采用0.75 mm×16(12 mm)宽探测器对肺结节进行局部扫描,其它扫描条件均相同,再分别重建5 mm及重叠50%的2 mm及1 mm的最薄层图像用于三维后处理用,对照分析其影像及后处理重建图像的质量。结果 2种扫描检查对病灶的显示均无明显差异,图像质量优良。结论 肺部低剂量16层螺旋CT扫描可采用宽(1.5 mm)探测器进行扫描,能提供与较窄探测器相近的诊断信息。
【Abstract】 Objective To compare the image quality of lung by using different collimations in lung low-dose screen using 16-slice spiral CT,in order to provide guideline for lung low-dose screen.Methods 100 cases with lung nodules were examined by 16-slice spiral CT using 1.5 mm×16(24 mm) collimation in lung low-dose screen at first,then the nodules were examined again using 0.75 mm×16(12 mm) collimation,the scanning parameters were the same as before 5 mm,2 mm and 1 mm of overlapped 50% images were reconstructed for 3D-process.The image quality was evaluated.Results Two screen techniques in displaying the focus and normal organization of the lung were not different.The image quality was excellent.Conclusion A collimation of 1.5 mm is recommended in lung low-dose screen using 16-slice spiral CT.
