【摘要】 目的 研究小肠肿瘤在CT、小肠造影检查中的影像学特征及诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析经手术病理证实的21例小肠肿瘤在小肠造影和CT扫描中的表现。19例行小肠气钡双对比造影,17例行腹、盆腔螺旋CT平扫加增强扫描,15例行小肠造影和CT检查。结果 小肠造影的主要表现包括充盈缺损、肠腔狭窄、黏膜异常、龛影。小肠造影病例中阳性率94.7%(18/19),良、恶定性准确者占阳性病例的66.6%(12/18)。CT主要表现分3型:肿块型;肠壁增厚型;混合型。17例螺旋CT扫描中阳性率94.1%(16/17),良、恶定性准确者占阳性病例的87.5%(14/16)。结论 小肠肿瘤在小肠造影和CT中都具有一定的特征性表现,两者的影像学差异可以形成互补关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss X-ray and CT findings of small intestinal tumors and its diagnostic value.Methods CT and X-ray findings of 21 cases of small intestinal tumor proved by operation or biopsy were analysed retrospecitvely.Air-barium double contrast examination of intestine was performed in 19 cases.MSCT scan and contrast-enhanced scan of abdomen and pelvis in 17 cases and both CT and X-ray examinations were perfomed in 15 cases.Results X-ray findings of primary small intestinal tumors included filling defect,enterostenosis,destruction or compression of mucosa,niche.The positive rate examined with X-ray was 94.7%(18/19) and the accuracy was 66.6%(12/18) in definiting benign or malignant tumors.CT showed soft tissue masses,thickening of intestinal wall and both of them.The positive rate examined with CT was 94.1%(16/17) and the accuracy was 87.5%(14/16) in definiting benign or malignant tumors.Conclusion Primary small intestinal tumors are of certain X-ray and CT characteristics respectively,while X-ray combining with CT is greatly helpful for the diagnosis.更多还原
