【摘要】 目的 探讨成人Klippel-Feil综合征的MRI表现及临床价值。方法 回顾性分析27例成人Klippel-Feil综合征病例,男10例,女17例,年龄22～57岁,平均36岁。分析其颈椎退变表现及脊髓损伤特点。结果 Ⅰ型4例,Ⅱ型20例,Ⅲ型3例,所有病例皆有颈椎间盘退变,19例伴椎间盘突出,7例椎体后缘骨赘形成。椎间盘突出和骨赘形成主要位于融合椎体上下方和/或跳跃性融合椎体之间的高运动节段。脊髓受压9例,伴脊髓损伤2例。结论 成人Klippel-Feil综合征常伴有严重的颈椎退变,易导致脊髓损伤,MRI检查可以为临床进一步处理提供指导作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the MRI features and its clinical value of Klippel-Feil syndrome in adult.Methods 27 cases with Klippel-Feil syndrome in adult including 10 men and 17 women ranged from 22～57 years with average of 36 years were reviewed.Degenerative changes of cervical spine and characteristics of cervical cord injury were analyzed retrospectively.Results 27 cases included type Ⅰ congenital cervical fusion in 4,type Ⅱ in 20 and type Ⅲ in 3.MR images revealed degenerative changes in 100%of the cases,disk protrusion in 19 and osteophytes in 7.Protruded disks and osteophytes located mainly at hypermobile segments above and below the fused segment and/or between two fused segments.Spinal cords were compressed in 9 cases and two cases accompanied with cervical cord injury.Conclusion The patients with Klippel-Feil syndrome in adult were generally accompanied with severe cervical spine degeneration,and predisposed cervical cord injury.MRI can offer valuable informations for clinical treatment.更多还原
