【摘要】 目的 总结下颌骨造釉细胞瘤的X线和CT表现。方法 回顾性分析26例经病理证实的下颌骨造釉细胞瘤的常规X线和CT资料,观察病变的发生部位、大小、形态、内部结构、周围骨质和软组织的变化。结果 13例位于下颌磨牙区,4例位于升支,5例同时累及磨牙区和升支,4例位于前牙区及颏部。6例为单房型,表现为类圆形或不规则形的骨质缺损;18例为多房型,分房大小不等,其间可见线状的分隔;2例为蜂窝型,可见大小较一致的蜂窝状低密度区,呈簇状分布。结论 下颌骨造釉细胞瘤在影像上具有一定的特征,结合其发病部位、内部结构、邻近骨质和软组织的改变,可以作出准确的诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate X-ray and CT features of mandibular ameloblastoma.Methods X-ray and CT data of 26cases of mandibular ameloblastoma proved pathologically were retrospectively reviewed.The location,size,shape and internal structure of the lesions,adjacent bone and soft tissure were analyzed.Results The lesions occured in the molar region in 13 cases,the ramus in 4,the molar-ramus region in 5,and the anterior teeth region and mentum in 4.6 cases were unilocular and appeared as oval or irregular low-opacity area.18 cases were multilocular,appeared as various cellulae with linear septa.2 cases were of honeycomb pattern,and uniform cellulae were observed.Conclusion There are some characteristic imaging findings of mandibular ameloblastoma.Correct diagnosis can be made based on the location,internal structure of the lesions,the changes of the adjacent bone and soft tissure.更多还原
