【摘要】 目的 探讨胃双对比剂充盈MSCT增强扫描三维重建对贲门胃底癌应用价值。方法 60例经胃镜及手术证实的贲门胃底癌患者,水对比剂充盈行MSCT平扫、增强双期扫描;碘对比剂充盈行延迟扫描及二维多平面、曲面重建,三维容积成像、CT内窥镜成像。结果 贲门癌6例,贲门胃底癌18例,侵犯下段食管癌12例,胃体小弯癌14例,胃体胃窦癌6例,下段食管胃体胃窦癌4例。病灶厚度9～46 mm。淋巴结转移29例,肝转移7例。浆膜侵犯13例。结论 MSCT双对比剂充盈增强扫描三维重建对贲门胃底癌诊断效果良好,具有重要的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical application of MSCT contrast-enhanced 3D reconstruction with gastric double contrast media in cardiac carcinoma.Methods 60 patients with cardiac carcinoma confirmed by gastro-scope and operation underwent MSCT scanning with gastric double contrast media.The scanning with water contrast media included plain CT scan and two phases contrast-enhanced scans.While that with iodine contrast media had only delayed scan.Post-reconstruction included 2D multi-plannar reformation(MPR),curved reformation(CPR),3D volume rendering(VR) and virtual endoscope(VE) reconstruction.Results The lesions localized in the cardia in 6 cases,the cardiac gastric fundus in 18 cases,with lower esophageal invasion in12,the lesser curvature of stomach in 14,the body and antrum of stomach in 6 and invasion of lower esophagus,the body and antrum of stomach in 4.The thickness of focus were 9～46 mm.There were 29 cases with adjacent lymphatic metastasis,7 cases with liver metastasis and 13 cases with serosa-invasion.Conclusion MSCT contrast-enhanced 3D reconstruction with gastric double contrast media has good diagnostic effect and important clinical application for cardiac carcinoma.更多还原
