【摘要】 目的 探讨腋窝非肿大淋巴结X线表现与乳腺非典型润浸性导管癌的关系。方法 经乳腺钼靶X线摄影及手术病理证实的浸润性导管癌116例,从中筛选出非典型浸润性导管癌36例,共显示腋窝直径<1 cm非肿大淋巴结29例,将其表现进行统计分析。结果 36例非典型浸润性导管癌显示密度均匀一致的非肿大实性淋巴结22例,占61.1%,表现为圆形、毛刺、切迹、不规则状;密度不均的非实性淋巴结2例,占5.6%,呈空心圆及马蹄状;5例表现为混合型,占13.9%,其中实性与非实性淋巴结个数比约为2:1。结论 腋窝实性非肿大淋巴结与非典型浸润性导管癌具有密切关系,并有助于其诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the relationship between the mammographic features of non-enlarged solid lymph nodes in armpit and breast atypical infiltrating ductal carcinoma.Methods 36 cases with atypical infiltrating ductal carcinoma were chosed from 116 cases of infiltrating ductal carcinoma which were confirmed by molybdenum target tube and pathology.The mammographic data of 29 cases with non-enlarged solid lymph nodes(D <1 cm) were analysed.Results Among 36 cases,X-ray signs included non-enlarged solid lymph nodes with homogeneous density,which showed circle,burr,incisure and irregular in 22 cases(61.1%),the unsolid lymph nodes with non-homogeneous density,which appeared as hollow-circle and horseshoe in 2 cases(5.6%),5 cases showed mixed type(13.9%).The ratio in an amount was 2 to 1 between solid and unsolid lymph nodes.Conclusion Non-enlarged solid lymph nodes in armpit are correlated closely with atypical infiltrating ductal carcinoma,which is helpful for its diagnosis.更多还原
