【摘要】 目的 评价超选择性动脉栓塞治疗顽固性鼻出血的临床应用价值。方法 27例经常规治疗无效的顽固性鼻出血患者,采用Seldinger技术,将导管超选择性插管至颈外动脉分支内,造影证实出血部位后,采用明胶海绵颗粒或/和聚乙烯醇(PVA)颗粒行动脉栓塞治疗。结果 27例顽固性鼻出血患者均发现出血动脉,栓塞治疗全部成功,术后即刻拔除鼻腔填塞物,出血停止,未见严重并发症。结论 超选择性动脉栓塞术治疗顽固性鼻出血是一种安全有效的治疗方法,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical applied value of treatment of intractable epistaxis by superselective arterial embolization.Methods 27 cases with intractable epistaxis and failed in routine treatment underwent treatment with superselective arterial emholization using Seldinger technique,the catheter was inserted superselectively into the segments of external carotid artery,the bleeding vessels were confirmed by arterial angiography then embolized with gelfoam or polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) particles or both.Results The bleeding vessels were all found and embolized successfully in all cases.Nasal packings were taken out after operation and epistaxis stopped,and no serious complication occurred.Conclusion Superselective arterial embolization is a safe and effective treatment for intractable epistaxis,which is worthy in clinical application.更多还原
