【摘要】 目的阿托品可诱发青光眼是医学界一个众所周知的问题。本文着重报道了对阿托品潜在作用的认识及体会。方法76例病人阿托品肌肉注射。结果本组76例阿托品诱发迟缓性青光眼发作原因主要是①追问病史不详细;②对阿托品在体内潜在性作用发挥理解不足。阿托品对青光眼常染色体显性遗传家族是一个明显的威胁,对常染色体隐性遗传家族也是一个潜在性的威胁。结论临床工作者应警惕阿托品潜在能量的发挥。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To know the potential role of atropine.Glaucoma can be induced by atropine is well-known medical problem.Methods 76 cases were intramuscular injected atropine.Results 76 cases of atropine-induced delayed onset glaucoma was mainly attributable to a neglected history and lack of understanding for the potential role of atropine.Atropine threated not only the autosomal dominant family of glaucoma but also the autosomal recessive family.Conclusion Clinical workers must look out potential energy of atropine.更多还原
