【摘要】 目的探讨小瞳孔手术方法及疗效。方法用T型钩及粘弹剂扩大虹膜,必要时行瞳孔扩约肌放射状剪开,20眼行超声乳化白内障吸出人工晶体植入术,5眼行小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除人工晶体植入术。结果术后1周视力:0.05-0.1者2眼;0.1-0.2者4眼,0.3-0.4者9眼;0.4-0.8者8眼;1.0者2眼。结论小瞳孔白内障采用本手术方法,能获得较好视力,无严重并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study effects and methods in the cases of cataract with a small synechia pupil. Method We spreaded pupils with the help of viscoelasrics and T hook and made radial small cuts at pupil sphincter muscle in necessary. 20 eyes used phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation (IOL), 5 eyes use small incision in nonphacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation (IOL). Results The visual acuity one week after operation was 0.05-0.1 in 2 eyes , 4 eyes had 0.1-0.2, 9 eyes had 0.3-0.4,8 eyes had 0.4-0.8, 2 eyes had 1.0. Conclusions These suggest that cataract with small synechia pupil could obtain improved vision without unacceptable risk by means of the surgical technique mentioned.更多还原
