【摘要】 目的分析青光眼术后浅前房的治疗及预防方法。方法回顾性分析84眼小梁切除术后,有21眼(25.00%)发生浅前房的原因与治疗。结果以ⅠⅡ级为主,主要采用扩瞳及全身使用皮质内固醇激素。经过治疗后,所有青光眼小梁切除术后发生浅前房者均恢复前房形成。1例行脉络膜上腔放液,前房成形结论青光眼小梁切除术后浅前房主要原因是房水引流过畅、脉络膜脱离及睫状环阻塞性青光眼。大部分青光眼术后浅前房通过保守治疗可以改善。重视由于脉络膜脱离造成的浅前房。更多还原

【Abstract】 Object To analyse the treatment and prevention of shallow anterior chamber after trabeculectomy of glaucoma.Methods To review analysis 84 cases of trabeculectomy,some 21(25.00%) have the shallow anterior chamber reason and the treatment.Result ByⅠ-ⅡThe level primarily,mainly uses expands the pupil and in the whole body use cerebral cortex the sterol hormone.After the process treatment,all cases of trabeculectomy have shallow anterior chamber to restore anterior chamber.One case choroidal detachment puts the fluid,the anteroom forming.Conclusion The main causes of shallow anterior chamber are excessive aqueous over filtration,choroidal detachment.The conservative treatment may improve shallow anterior chamber.To pay attention to the shallow anterior chamber cases which be caused by choroidal detachment.更多还原
