生物质压缩成型技术的研究进展
Review of Biomass Briquetting Technologies
【摘要】 生物质压缩成型技术克服了生物质密度低、可利用半径小、生产具有季节性、存储损耗大和存储费用高的缺点.生物质压缩成型技术形成了螺旋压缩成型、活塞压缩成型和模压成型3个主要的技术路线.总结了生物质压缩成型技术在理论分析和工艺研究各个方面所取得的成果,在此基础上,指出了液压活塞压缩成型与加热螺旋压缩成型相结合是生物质压缩成型技术克服功耗高、磨损严重的可能的技术措施之一.
【Abstract】 Biomass briquetting Technologies overcome the small energy density,the small utilization radius,the production season character,the big storage loss ratio and the big storage cost of biomass resource.Now the biomass briquetting technologies have been divided into three styles : screw compress briquette,piston compress briquette and matrix compress briquette.The paper generalized achievements about theoretical analysis and process study of biomass briquetting technologies,indicated out the combination of hydraulic prison compress and heating screw compress would be one of technical measures that can overcome high power consumption and big abrasion of biomass briquetting technologies.
