【摘要】 基于气候变化的影响和自身特殊的地理构造,分析了明代陕北地区自然灾害的特点和对民生的影响,以及明政府与陕北地方政府采取的多种形式的救济。指出随着国力的衰耗和民间自救能力的减弱,加之部分官员的舞弊,灾害给陕北民众的生活带来严重的困扰,是一系列社会问题的根源,导致了农民起义的必然性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The characteristics and the influence on people’s livelihood of the natural calamity of northern Shaanxi in Ming Dynasty were analyzed,based on the influence of climatic change and special geographical structure.Though the government of Ming Dynasty and local government had adopted various methods on relief,people’s livelihood was still seriously perplexed by the famines with the declination of national power and unofficial self-preservation ability,as well as various malpractices by some officials,which were the roots of a serious of social problems,so that led to the peasant uprising.更多还原
