【摘要】 分析了农民分化,对新农村建设产生的双重影响。指出农民分化,使农村管理逐步走向法治化;对农村居民收入增长的作用日益明显,特别是农民工工资成为推动农村经济发展的重要来源;大批剩余劳动力转移到城镇,加速了城镇化进程;带来了人们社会关系和社会理念的变化,对农村文化的发展产生了重大影响;促使农民不断提升自身素质、更新思想观念和实现社会价值。同时,农民分化也对新农村建设提出了一系列挑战性的问题:农村基层组织疲软,农村各阶层矛盾与冲突加深,农民贫富差距和农民群体消费差异性扩大化。更多还原

【Abstract】 The dual effectiveness of farmer division on the construction of new countryside is analyzed.It is pointed out that the farmer division makes the rural management being gradually more law-based,and plays a great role in promoting countryside resident income,especially the salary of immigrant workers becomes the important source for improving the rural economy development.A great number of surplus labors are transferred to towns,which makes the change of social relationship and ideal,and greatly influences the countryside culture development.The peasants constantly improve their own quality and update their ideological thinking to keep pace with the times.Meanwhile,a series of challenging problems for the construction of new countryside are proposed.更多还原
