RGD-3001A智能导热系数测试装置的设计与实现
Design and development of RGD-3001A intelligence thermal conductive measuring device
【摘要】 针对目前国内导热系数测试仪器设备偏大、试样装夹不方便以及人为计算误差等问题,综合运用机械、自动控制、传感测控及交互式人机界面技术设计研发了RGD-3001A智能导热系数测试装置。该装置的最大特点是试样厚度的测量、夹紧以及所有数据采集、显示、计算均由系统自动完成,整个测量过程无需人工干预,同时还具有上位机通讯功能,真正实现了导热系数测试的自动化。实验表明,该智能导热系数测试装置性能稳定,自动化程度及测量精度较高,操作简单,并拥有独立的知识产权,在技术上已达国内先进水平,具有广阔的应用前景。
【Abstract】 At present,domestic thermal conductivity measuring device has disadvantages such as huge size,inconvenient specimen loading and high possible man-made calculation error.For overcoming these disadvantages,an intelligence thermal conductivity measuring device,RGD-3001A has been designed through integrating mechanical technology,automatic control,sensor measure-control,interactive man-machine interface,and so on.This device can automatically load the specimen and measure its thickness,and it also can automatically complete the routine tasks such as data collection,display,calculation and so on.Beside,it has the function of communication with PLC.For the entire measurement was completed without human intervention,it truly realized automatic thermal conductivity measurement.The experimental results show that this device has stable performance,high automation degree and measurement precision,and convenient operation.With independent intellectual property rights,it is advanced in our country.Thus,it has broad application prospect.
