【摘要】 目的比较L-OHP与NP方案治疗晚期NSCLC的近期疗效和毒副反应。方法将64例经病理检查确诊的NSCLC患者随机分为2组:治疗组32例,NVB 25 mg/m2静脉点滴,第1、8天,L-OHP 130 mg/m2静脉点滴2 h,第2天,每21天为1个周期;对照组32例:NVB 25 mg/m2静脉点滴,第1、8天,顺铂70 mg/m2分3天静脉滴注,从第2天开始,每21天为1个周期。对两组的总反应率和毒副反应作回顾性分析。结果治疗组与对照组的总反应率分别为62.5%(20/32)和34.4%(11/32),有显著性差异(χ2=4.0,P<0.05);治疗组有2例CR患者;两组主要毒副反应为血液和神经毒性。结论L-OHP+NVB方案治疗晚期NSCLC近期疗效较NP方案好,毒副反应均能耐受。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the efficacy and toxicities of L-OHP+NVB and NP regimens in the treatment on patients with advanced NSCLC.Methods Sixty-four patients with pathologically diagnosed advanced NSCLC were randomly divided into two groups.32 patients in the treatment group were treated by L-OHP+NVB,which included NVB 25 mg/m2 intravenously in d1,8 and L-OHP 130 mg/m2 intravenously in d2.Another 32 cases in the control group were treated by NP regime including NVB 25 mg/m2 intravenously in d1,8 and DDP70 mg/m2 intravenously from d2 to d4.The treatment was repeated every 3 weeks.The overall rate of response(ORR) and toxicities for the two regimens were analyzed retrospectively.Results The clinical characteristics of the two groups were similar(P>0.05),All patients could be evaluated.The overall response rate was significantly different between L-OHP+NVB and NP regimen(χ2=4.0,P<0.05),which was 62.5 %(20/32) and 34.4%(11/32) respectively.Two patients in the treatment group achieved CR.The major toxicities of the two groups included myelosuppession and neuron-sensory toxicities.Conclusion L-OHP+NVB has higher response rate than NP regimen in the treatment of patients with advanced NSCLC.The toxicities is mild and well tolerated in both groups.更多还原
