【Abstract】 A quantitative variation of the HAZOP procedure is demonstrated. This paper discusses a new method of HAZOP quantitative analysis,i.e. combining HAZOP with simulation. Based on the traditional HAZOP analysis,models of a system is set up to determine the magnitude of deviations from normal operating conditions that cause serious accidents. A natural gas processing system,which uses HAZOP analysis with simulation,is introduced in the paper as an example.更多还原
