【摘要】 我国正处于传统农业向现代农业转变的时期,现代农业技术创新是现代农业发展的动力。新疆生产建设兵团是我国现代农业技术创新的排头兵。该文基于技术供给角度,通过对兵团农业技术科研者和推广者行为的调研,运用经济计量模型得出影响现代农业技术创新的主要因素,并分析二者行为优劣势,提出兵团在现代农业技术创新上,应该支持以企业为主体的技术创新,采取灵活多样的技术推广模式,建立兵团现代农业技术创新保障机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 China is in the changing times from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.Modern agricultural technological innovation is a driving force for modern agricultural development.BINGTUAN is the vanguard of modern agricultural technological innovation in China.Based on the technical point of supply,this paper uses econometric model and then gets the main impacts on its modern agricultural technology innovation through researching on BINGTUAN agricultural technology researchers and promoters’ behaviors.Besides,it analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the two aspects.In the end,it makes policy recommendations: support technological innovation of enterprises as the mainstay,adopt flexible and diversified technology promotion model and establish security mechanisms of BINGTUAN modern agricultural technology innovation and so on.更多还原
