【摘要】 目的:观察复方斑蝥胶囊与放疗联合应用对中晚期恶性肿瘤的疗效。方法:137例中晚期恶性肿瘤分为治疗组和对照组,两组放疗方法、剂量相同,治疗组联合应用复方斑蝥胶囊。结果:治疗组CR84.8%(56/66),PR15.2%(10/66)。对照组CR66.2%(47/71),PR19.7%(14/71)P<0.05。结论:复方斑蝥胶囊与放疗联合应用治疗中晚期恶性肿瘤能提高放疗患者的免疫功能,增强疗效,减少放疗反应和白细胞下降。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of Fufangbanmaojiaonang combined with radiotherapy for advanced cancer.Methods:Total of 137 cases of advanced cancer were randomized into combined treatment group and radiotherapy alone group.Both groups received the same dosage of radiation,patients in combined group were treated combined with Fufangbanmaojiaonang.Results:Combined treatment group CR 84.8% (56/66).PR 15.2% (10/66) radiotherapy alone group CR 66.2% (47/71),PR 19.7% (14/71)P<0.05.Conclusion:Combination of Fufangbanmaojiaonang and radiotherapy is effective in the treatment of advanced cancer can decrease toxicity of the radiotherapy and minimize the adverse effect of Leukocyte.更多还原
