【摘要】 目的:术前应用吉西他滨和顺铂,术后行淋巴结微转移检测,了解新辅助化疗在降低非小细胞肺癌微转移中的作用。方法:80例非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为单纯手术组、新辅助化疗组,每组40例。新辅助化疗组术前给予吉西他滨和顺铂,2周为1周期,完成2周期后在全麻下行手术切除,并清扫区域淋巴结。HE染色阴性淋巴结做免疫组化染色。结果:新辅助化疗组MUCI单克隆抗体阳性反应淋巴结数明显少于单纯手术组,有显著性差异。结论:新辅助化疗组术前用吉西他滨和顺铂化疗可以有效控制区域淋巴结微转移。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the effect of neo-adjuvant chemotherapy in the prevention of micrometastasis in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC). Methods: Eighty cases of NSCLC were randomly divided in to two groups: surgery group,and neo-adjuvant chemotherapy group:gemcitabine and cisplatin was used before operation.A total of 152 lymph nodes with HE staining negative were examined immunohistochemically using the monoclonal antibody MUCI to define histologically undetectable micrometastasis. Results: MUCI-positive lymph node metastases were found significantly lesser in neo-adjuvant chemotherapy group than that in surgery group. Conclusion: Neo-adjuvant chemotherapy is effective in the prevention of micrometastasis in NSCLC.更多还原
