【摘要】 目的:观察体部伽玛刀治疗老年性肺癌的近期疗效及副反应。方法:采用OUR-QGD型体部伽玛刀治疗老年性肺癌96例,用50%-70%的等剂量曲线包绕肿瘤及周围10-15mm正常组织,边缘剂量300-600cGy,总剂量3600-4200cGy,分8-12次,隔日治疗。结果:治疗后每2月复查,最长12个月,共治疗121例,96例获得随访。其中,CR34.4%,PR56.2%,有效率90.6%。结论:体部伽玛刀对于老年性肺癌是一种安全有效的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of Gamma Knife on non-small cell lung cancer in the eldly. Methods: Total of 96 patients were treated with OUR-QGD type Gamma Knife.Total dosage 3600-4200cGy,treated every other day.Each tumor was given a 50%-70% isodose curve coverage target and 300-600cGy peripheral dosage each time. Results: All cases were reexuamined up every 2 months.Among 96 complete remission rate (CR) in the primary tumor was 34.4%,and the partial remission rate (PR) 56.2%.The overall immediate response rate(CR+PR) was 90.6%. Conclution: Body Gamma Knife is safe and effective for the eldly with non-small cell lung cancer.更多还原
