【摘要】 目的:研究伽玛刀治疗脑血管瘤的疗效。方法:从2002年2月-2007年7月,伽玛刀治疗脑血管瘤10例,男5例,女5例,其中海绵状血管瘤6例,动静脉畸形3例,未定型1例。血管瘤最大3cm×3cm,最小1.5cm×1cm。伽玛刀最大计量45Gy,最小20Gy。结果:全部病例随访满3年,血管闭塞8例(8/10),无出血者。患者症状随治疗时间延长逐渐消失。结论:伽玛刀治疗脑血管瘤安全、有效。其治疗效果与脑血管瘤的部位、体积、照射剂量密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analye the curative effect of cerebral vascular malformations treated with Gamma Knife.Methods: From 2002 to 2007,10 cases of cerebral vascular malformations were treated with Gamma Knife,5 cases were male,others female;6 cases were cavernous angioma,3cases were arteriovenous malformations(AVMs),one case was indeterminate.The maximum volume was 3.0cm×3.0cm,the minimum volume 1.5cm×1.0cm.The maximum dose was 45Gy,the minimum dose 20Gy.Results: All the cases were followed up 3 years.8 cases were vascular occlusion(8/10),no bleeding complication occurred.The symptoms gradually disappered with the increase of therapy time.Conclusion: Gamma Knife was an effective and safe method in the treating of cerebral vascular malformations,while the curative effect was related to position,volume and irradiation dose.更多还原
