【摘要】 目的:探讨survivin在宫颈鳞癌新辅助化疗(NACT)前后表达的意义。方法:新辅助化疗前后用免疫组化方法检测32例宫颈鳞癌组织survivin的表达。结果:全组病例化疗前后survivin阳性表达率68.8%(22/32)和56.3%(18/32)无统计学差异(P=0.302),>45岁和≤45岁两个不同年龄段,Ⅰb-IIa期和IIb-IIIb期两个不同期别,高-中分化和低分化癌两个不同病理类型,化疗前后survivin阳性表达率均无统计学差异;新辅助化疗总有效率为100%(32/32),其中完全缓解40.6%(13/32);部分缓解59.4%(19/32),其中survivin阴性表达者的CR 70.0%(7/10),阳性表达者的CR 27.3%(6/22),两者比较有统计学差异,(P=0.023)。结论:宫颈鳞癌survivin表达与年龄,临床分期和分化程度无明显相关性,新辅助化疗前survivin阳性表达强度和化疗后阳性表达下降程度可能与化疗敏感性密切相关,survivin是否能作为判断宫颈鳞癌新辅助化疗敏感性的指标尚不能确定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the expression and significance of survivin for pre-and post-neoadjuvant chemotherapy in cervical squamous cell carcinoma.Methods: Using immunohistochemical method to detect the expression of Survivin for pre-and post-neoadjuvant chemotherapy in 32 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma.Results: Positive rates of survivin for all cases pre-and post-chemotherapy group were 68.8%(22/32) and 56.3%(18/32)respectively,(P=0.302),and there were also no significant statistical difference for age goups between >45 years and ≤45 years,phase Ib-IIa and phase IIb-IIIb,high-middle differentiated and poorly differentiated pathological carcinoma.The completed remission rate for neoadjuvant chemotherapy was 100 %(32/32),in which clinical complete remission rate was 40.6%(13/32);and partial remission rate was 59.4%(19/32),in survivin negative group CR rate was 70.0%(7/10),in positive expression group the CR rate was 27.3%(6/22),and there was a significant difference(P=0.023).Conclusion:There is no obvious relation of survivin expression for cervical squamous cell carcinomin with age,clinical stage and the degree of differentiation.There may be closely relation for chemical sensitivity between survivin expression strength for pre-neoadjuvant chemotherapy and a drop of expression for post-chemotherapy,whether survivin is an indicator for cervical squamous cell carcinoma of neoadjuvant chemotherapy sensitivity still could not be verified.更多还原
