【摘要】 目的:探讨以PTBD为主的综合治疗方法对恶性胆道梗阻的疗效。方法:30例恶性胆道梗阻患者PTBD治疗再行抗肿瘤治疗。结果:30例患者经综合治疗后胆红素、ALT均下降至正常或接近正常,临床症状部分缓解,黄疸消退,体能状况KPS提高10-30分不等。结论:对不能切除的恶性胆道梗阻,以PTBD为主的综合治疗可以改善病人的临床症状,提高生活质量,延长生存期。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of the combined treatment with on percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainage to malignant biliary obstruction.Methods:Thirty patients with Mmalignant biliary obstruction were treated with percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainage(PTBD) and other antineoplastic treatments.Results:After treatment,bilirubin and GPT were obviously declined or even to normal level,clinical symptom was partly remitted,jaundice was alleviated,and KPS was improved by 10 to 30 points.Conclusion:For patients with malignant biliary obstruction,Combined treatment fo percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainage can improve the clinical symptom,increase quality of life and prolong the life time.更多还原
