【Abstract】 Summary of the essay: Although the right is part of human social life,but in order to safeguard the public interest,the constitutional rights of individuals must also be limited.However,the ultimate goal of restricting the right is to protect human survival and development,and realize human values.As a result of the impact of a number of reasons,limits of the constitutional rights of citizens from our constitution are the existence of certain defects,are not conducive to enjoy the actual constitutional right of citizens.Therefore,the urgent needs are to improve the constraints of our constitutional rights from aspects of the principles,modalities and the specific provisions of limits of constitutional rights.更多还原
