【摘要】 目的:探讨无症状脑梗死患者颅内动脉MRA检查的影像学特点及其临床应用价值。方法:对60例经CT、MRI诊断明确为无症状脑梗死患者行颅内动脉MRA检查,并对影像结果进行统计分析。结果:60例均获得了清晰的血管图像,其中有51例显示脑血管异常改变,主要表现为动脉血管走行僵硬、管腔狭窄或粗细不均、病变血管分支减少或突然中断等。结论:无症状脑梗死患者颅内动脉狭窄发生率较高,因此应重视检测无症状脑梗死患者可能存在的颅内动脉狭窄,常规MRA可以对无症状脑梗死患者进行颅内动脉病变的筛查,对指导临床治疗具有重要的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate MRA imaging feature of asymptomatic cerebral infarction and its clinical application value.Methods :The MRA images of 60 cases of asymptomatic cerebral infarction patients diagnosed with CT or MRI was recorstrmted and the imaging results was analyzed.Results :All 60 cases obtain clear blood vessel images.51 cases were abnormal with main stem of intracranial great vessel.They were reported with main stem irregularity,stenosis and reduced branches.Conclusion :Asymptomatic cerebral infarction patients have a high occurrence of intracranial artery occlusive disease,so we should pay attention to detect stenosis of intracranial arteries in patients with ACI.Normal MRA could be used as a screening method for invalid intracranial cerebral arteries.It has great clinical application value for the cure of asymptomatic cerebral infarction.更多还原
