【摘要】 目的:探讨复合伤中闭合性肾损伤的诊断与治疗。方法:对21例复合伤中闭合性肾损伤的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:血尿、腰部疼痛是闭合性肾损伤的主要临床症状。B超阳性率81.0%,CT阳性率94.1%。非手术治疗14例,手术治疗7例,其中肾部分切除3例,肾修补2例,肾切除2例。结论:B超检查是诊断肾损伤的有效方法,CT能够准确评估伤情。准确评估伤情,严格掌握手术和非手术治疗的指征是处理肾损伤的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To improve the diagnosis and management of closed renal trauma.Methods:A retrospective analysis was done on clinical data of 21 cases with closed renal trauma Results:In all cases,hematuria and flank pain were main symptoms.The diagnostic positive rates of B-ultrasonography and CT were 81.0% and 94.1%.14 cases were managed without surgical intervention.7 cases were treated with operation,including 2 with kidney repair,2 with nephrectomy,3 with partial nephrectomy.Conclusion:B-ultrasonography is effective means for the diagnosis of closed renal trauma.The CT scanning could obtain exactly diagnoses of renal trauma.Accurate assess the condition of injury is the key to treatment of closed renal trauma.更多还原
