【摘要】 目的:探讨芦荟凝胶对豚鼠过敏性哮喘的影响。方法:将豚鼠随机分为哮喘组、芦荟组和正常组3组,用10%卵清蛋白(OVA)生理盐水200mg/kg合并等体积1mg/ml氢氧化铝致敏豚鼠,两周后抗原OVA第2次攻击,复制豚鼠哮喘模型;芦荟组隔天芦荟灌胃两周,其余两组生理盐水灌胃。对比观察其行为学差异和血中嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)数目的差异。结果:芦荟组嗜酸性粒细胞数目较哮喘组明显降低(P<0.05),且其哮喘症状有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:芦荟凝胶可有效减轻豚鼠的哮喘症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effects of aloe on allergic asthma.Methods:Guinea pigs were divided into three groups randomly:asthma group,aloe group and the control group.The guinea pig model of allergic asthma was established by sensitizing the animals with ovalbumin(OVA) and applying the second challenge two weeks later.The aloe group was fed on aloe during the two weeks,and the other two groups on saline.The differences in the behavior and the count of eosinophil(EOS) in blood were compared among the three proups.Results:There were significant differences among three groups in the behavior and the count of eosinophil in blood were compared among the three groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Our findings indicate that aloe could effectively alleviate the symptoms of allergic asthma in guinea pigs.更多还原
