【摘要】 目的研究肽基脯氨酰顺反异构酶(Pin1)与细胞周期蛋白(Cyclin)D1在肝癌中的表达及意义。方法通过免疫组织化学、Western blot方法来检测Pin1、CyclinD1在肝癌中的表达情况,分析它们之间的关系。结果Pin1在癌旁正常组织中不表达或呈微弱的核表达,在肝癌组织呈阳性表达,CyclinD1在癌旁正常组织中不表达。在肝癌细胞的胞质和/或胞核内呈阳性或强阳性表达,Pin1、CyclinD1在肝癌组织中的蛋白表达水平明显高于相应的癌旁正常组织。结论Pin1与CyclinD1在肝癌组织中高表达,Pin1和CyclinD1在肝癌组织中的表达与分化、分期等病理学参数无显著相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of Pin1 and cyclin D1 in human hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods Immunohistochemistry and Western-blot was carried out to detect the expression of Pin1 and cyclin D1 in 34 hepatocellular carcinoma tissues and adjacent non-tumor tissues.Results Pin1 overexpression in 23 of 34 carcinoma tissue specimens.Cyclin D1 overexpression was found in 26 of 34 hepatocellular carcinoma tissue specimens.However,Pin1 and cyclin D1 expression was not correlated with clinical stage and pathological parameters.Conclusion The overexpression of Pin1 in hepatocellular carcinoma tissues could promote cyclin D1 expression,which might be a critical event in oncogenesis of hepatocellular carcinoma.Pin1 may play a key role in hepatocellular carcinoma.更多还原
