【摘要】 目的研究MMP-9在化疗前后口腔鳞癌组织中的表达,探讨口腔鳞癌的侵袭机制。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测化疗前后MMP-9在20例口腔鳞癌组织中的表达,分析不同临床分期、组织学分级、淋巴结有无转移间的MMP-9表达是否存在差异,结合临床病理资料和基因蛋白表达特征对比作差异显著性检验及相关分析。结果化疗前口腔鳞癌MMP-9阳性表达高于化疗后MMP-9阳性表达。MMP-9表达与临床分期、淋巴转移和疗效有关,与组织学分级、性别和年龄无关。结论MMP-9对口腔鳞癌的进展过程起重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of MMP-9 in oral squamous cell carcinoma before and after intraarterial chemotherapy,and to explore the invasive behavior mechanism and prognosis of oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC).Methods The expression of MMP-9 in 20 patients with OSCC before and after intraarterial chemotherapy were determined using SP immunohistochemistry.The relations between expression of MMP-9 protein and clinical and pathological features were analyzed.Results MMP-9 expression significantly decreased after intraarterial chemotherapy in OSCC.MMP-9 expression showed a significant relationship with clinical stages,curative effect and lymph node metastasis,but not with histological grades of OSCC,sex,and age.Conclusion MMP-9 may play a key role in progression of OSCC.更多还原
