【摘要】 目的了解太原市某幼儿园儿童营养摄入情况。方法采用称重法和记帐法相结合的方法进行膳食调查,并参照《食物成分表》计算平均每人每日各种营养素及能量摄入量,与参考标准进行比较评价。结果锌和钙摄入量不足,分别占DRIs的52.5%-66.7%和48.5%-60.3%;三大营养素供热比不合理,碳水化合物供热偏低(49.0%-49.2%),脂肪供热偏高(36.0%-36.3%);优质蛋白占总蛋白质摄入量达到了50%。结论该幼儿园儿童膳食营养状况有待改善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the food and nutrition intake status of the children in one kindergarten in Taiyuan. Methods Weighing and keeping accounts were used for dietary survey.The daily average intakes of nutrients and energy were calculated with the food component tables as a reference,and compared with its corresponding referenced criterions. Results The intake of zinc and calcium accounted for 52.5%-66.7% and 48.5%-60.3% of dietary reference intakes(DRIs).The caloric intake of the three nutrients from food wasn’t appropriate.Energy from carbohydrate was poor(49.0%-49.2%),and fat was excessive(36.0%-36.3%).The intake amount of animal and soybean protein accounted for 50%. Conclusion The dietary pattern and nutritional intake need to be improved.更多还原
