山医群体近交系中国地鼠主要生物学指标的建立

【摘要】 目的建立山医群体近交系中国地鼠主要生物学指标正常值范围。方法分别测量不同周龄雌、雄山医群体近交系中国地鼠的体重、体长,建立生长曲线拟合方程;测定雌、雄成年动物呼吸频率、血压、脏器系数等指标,确定正常值范围。结果Logistic曲线模型能较好地拟合山医群体近交系中国地鼠体重、体长生长曲线,R2>0.98;雄性的山医群体中国地鼠呼吸频率高于雌性(P<0.05);雌、雄动物之间血压无统计学差异;除肝脏和肾脏外,心脏、脾脏、肺、胰腺、胃、眼球、脑脏器系数雌性大于雄性,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论建立了山医群体近交系中国地鼠的主要生物学指标,为本品系动物饲养和动物实验提供了有用的基础生物学数据。

【Abstract】 Objective To establish the normal range of biological markers of Shanyi colony inbred strain of Chinese hamster. Methods The body weight and body length were measured in different week-old Shanyi colony inbred strain of Chinese hamsters,and growth curve fitting equation was established.The respiratory rate, blood pressure,and organ coefficients of adult male and female hamsters were determined. Results Logistic curve model was fitted well with growth curve of body weight and length of Shanyi colony inbred strain of Chinese hamster(R2>0.98).There was significant difference in respiratory rate between adult male and female hamsters(P<0.05),but not in blood pressure.Except in liver and kidney,organ coefficients of female were higher than that of male in heart,spleen,lung,pancreas,stomach,eyeball,and brain(P<0.05). Conclusion The biological markers of Shanyi colony inbred strain of Chinese hamster are successfully established,which will offer useful biological data for breeding and animal experiments of Shanyi colony inbred strain of Chinese hamster.
